Missions (non exhaustive list) :
- Prepare impact and ESG assessments on investee companies, analysing their positive and negative contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and the main risks and opportunities arising from ESG factors
- Support equity portfolio managers by providing high-quality ESG and impact research
- Conduct engagements with investee companies to drive improvements in their sustainability practices
Profile (non exhaustive list) :
- Solid academic background; preferably BSc or MSc in a finance or ESG related subject with an experience in a research analyst position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness with the ability to work well as part of a team
